Personal Recommendation:

We recommend this book to all students who may be having trouble adjusting to the pressures of social acceptance and perfection. Anthony helps the reader accept his or her own imperfections. Anthony teaches us that it is okay to be happy one day and sad the next. This can be particulary helpful with students who need to accept that our emotions can change daily.
